Early on
The Holihum began as a massage-based practice with the same foundational mission of treating the human being through a multi-dimensional approach. Lizzie Johnson founded the Holihum after a decade long battle with debilitating chronic pain and migraines had finally found relief in the arms of massage therapy.
Today
Today we are a team of skilled women and integrative health providers working to provide a bridge between client and provider. Our mission has evolved while keeping true to our roots with client empowerment and radical health in mind. Our platform is designed around returning the power of well-living back to the individual.
